Weeks of Welcome is the bi-annual UCF Downtown and Valencia College Downtown Campus’s official welcome back to campus celebration. Throughout the first two week of the Fall and Spring semester, Valencia College and UCF students are welcome to attend a variety of events that are geared toward helping them acclimate to campus and get connected to the downtown community.

The Knighting is UCF’s Official welcome ceremony for all new and transfer Knights held in the Addition Financial Arena! Following the ceremony, head over to FBC Mortgage Stadium for Opening Knight for giveaways, free food and meeting student organizations!
Valencia College DOWNTOWN Campus students are able to attend with their downtown campus ID.
A shuttle service will be provided by Downtown Student Life from UCF Downtown to Addition Financial Arena. Check back for more information soon!
Coming to the downtown campus for the first time? Not sure where to go? Wondering what services campus has to offer? Look for the Downtown Campus Locator tents located in the DPAC Seneff Plaza and near the Parramore parking garage! There will be staff waiting to help you find what you are looking for and answer questions you may have.
Join the FLAPP team at First Stop to learn more about financial aid, admissions, class selections and more resources at the downtown campus, as well as Fall semester events.

Join the UCF Police Department to register your devices with the ProTech DNA online database to assist with device recovery in the case of loss or theft.
Group Exercise Mash-Up is the best way for new and returning students to learn of the various formats the RWC offers. Participants will get to try the most popular group exercise formats in one class!

In partnership with OneBlood, UCF Downtown will host a blood drive on Monday, Aug. 29 from 10 am - 3 pm. Donors will receive a beach towel and a $20 gift card.

Stranger Things fan or not, we’ve all felt a little upside down at some point in the semester. Learn about three service points in DPAC where you can get help – the kind of help that saves you time, money, and improves your grades! We’ll send you on a quick tour to visit the Learning Support Center/Writing Center, Technology Lending desk, and the Downtown Campus Library. You’ll discover ways our services and resources can set you running up that hill towards a great semester. Find out about equipment checkout, research help, tutoring, writing consultations, and more.

Standby tickets will be distributed on a first come, first served basis starting at 6:00 PM on the second floor of UnionWest. We will head to the stadium at 7:00 PM. You must bring your student ID.

Cheer on your UCF Knights in the 2022 season opener against South Carolina State!
Student shuttles operate from the UCF Downtown Campus to the Lynx Transit Center two (2) hours prior to kickoff and depart UCF main campus four (4) hours after kickoff. A valid UCF ID is required to access UCF Downtown shuttles. Note: The shuttles are designed to only handle people with light carry-on items; there is no space for large items, including coolers, tents/umbrellas, lawn chairs, tables and similar types of equipment. All individuals will need to show a valid UCF ID prior to boarding UCF shuttles.
