Mindy Mozena has over 11 years of higher education experience and currently serves as UCF Downtown’s Director of Enrollment Services. In this role, she provides leadership to an integrated office with Valencia College where they assist current and prospective students in the areas of Admissions, Financial Aid and Registrar functions. She also oversees the Student Outreach Services department which is focused on attracting, motivating, and preparing local middle and high school students to pursue and complete a college education. Mindy has worked at UCF for 3 ½ years and has been a strong contributor to the UCF Student Success and Well-being (SSWB) team. As a result of her hard work and commitment, Mindy was awarded the division’s New Professional Award.

Prior to UCF, Mindy worked at Valencia College serving in a variety of roles within Student Affairs as it relates to enrollment and student success. Her last role was the Director of Student Services at Valencia College’s Lake Nona Campus where she oversaw all Student Services functions for the campus.

Mindy received her Bachelor of Business Administration and her Master of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University in New York.
